Rino and I just wanted to take the time to thank you and your team for the fabulous work you did on our pathway.

You were courteous, efficient and nothing was too much trouble.  These may seem like small things, but the fact that you were on time, did what you said you would and delivered the unexpected, like a clean and tidy yard at the end of each day made a huge impression.

Most importantly however, is that you achieved a result that met, if not exceeded our expectations.

We chose this Firm , being a local team, on their prompt inspection of our site,they listened to our requests and then gave us other options which  would enhance the look of our old and dated pathway. We had a team of 3 who were on time each day, polite, and worked as a fantastic team together.

Each evening the site was left safe for us, and tidy, with all rubbish placed into Skips. We would not hesitate to use Concept Landscaping again. The entire job was finished on time. We have had many people admire our new Pathway and Sandstone Walls, we must say they did us a great job, thank you boys.

Jamie has achieved a completely different look and feel to our front and rear yards.  We have an older home that was in need of new ideas and looks.

The rear yard had an old brick retaining wall replaced with a full sandstone wall, old pavers and concrete removed from around the pool and in their place honed sandstone pavers.  A new timber boundary fence and pool fencing.  Trees removed to open up the view and a shed slab laid. (most important)

The front yard was completely transformed from an overgrown jungle into a streamlined front yard that showcases the house.  The original front yard was dark and enclosed.  By removing the shrubbery and rocks and putting in a rendered fence and new lawn, plus the major feature was to level the yard and install concrete wheel tracks so that I could park the boat without damaging the lawn (very important). The existing driveway was part paved to match in with the slope and lawn area.

Jamie,was a pleasure to deal with and happy to work with our ideas and provide guidance on what would work or would not.

Thank you for the wonderful job that Jamie and his team did landscaping of our front and back yard. We were able to sell our house with lovely gardens and lawns where there had previously been weeds.

Your genuine passion for the work was palpable and it is evident in the transformation. You have helped us peel back years of neglect and ill-considered additions to the front of our home to reveal the heritage of our Victorian Georgian cottage. You also managed to include that modern touch that we have applied to the rest of our home.

The front is now lighter, more open and spacious and flows effortlessly with the remainder of our home. Even though we still need to complete the overall outside work, the comments received from family, friends, neighbours and even the postie means your work has really resonated.

It was a delight to have you and your team work on our job. It was easy and uncomplicated, which is what we wanted. From getting a quote to the work itself, we appreciate that your team kept appointments and (notwithstanding the rain) completed the work within the originally quoted time. We also appreciate your willingness to accommodate our requested changes to the design within the same time.

Not only do we now feel a sense of pride when coming home, we are in no doubt that the design and quality of the work has added substantial value.
